Specialized Group is looking for a C&B Manager for a famous Retail brand.
The last 2 years have been very successful at this firm, leading to expansion of the business including the HR Team
This position will have communication with HQ using English.
The role
- Perform all routine employee-life cycle workday processes (e.g. hire, job changes, compensation, leave of absence, exits)
- Review & improve current HR Policies
- Create competitive compensation schemes in aid employee retainment.
- Develop and implement a compensation strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices
- Review and adjust compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct job analysis and evaluate positions to determine appropriate salary ranges and classifications.
- Collaborate with HR to develop and administer performance management systems.
- Develop annual compensation budgets and forecasts.
- Provide recommendations on salary adjustments, bonus programs, and equity grants.
Requirements
- Fluent Japanese & Business English
- 8 years in Compensation & Benefits
- Passion, drive and a bright engaging personality
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
