We are looking for a Brand Manager for a leading global FMCG company. You will grow and increase the visibility of their consumer healthcare products. This role is a great chance for an experienced marketing professional to lead brand projects and impact the healthcare industry.

主な職務内容：

- ブランド戦略の立案と実行を通じて、市場でのブランド力を強化し、消費者との関係を深める
- 製品開発、マーケティング、営業チームを統率し、ブランド目標の達成を目指す
- 市場動向や消費者データを分析し、成長機会を見つけ、ブランドポジショニングを改善する
- 国際チームと協力し、グローバルでのブランド一貫性を確保する
- 予算管理とパフォーマンス指標を活用し、高い投資対効果を実現する

応募資格：

- 消費財またはヘルスケア業界でのブランドマネジメント経験が5年以上ある方
- ブランド戦略の開発と実行における実績をお持ちの方
- データを活用した戦略立案ができる分析能力
- ステークホルダーとの協力に必要な優れたリーダーシップとコミュニケーション能力
- 英語と日本語の両方に堪能であることが望ましい
