Join a London based Global Fashion brand as their new Brand License Coordinator, a key role in their Japan operations.

Key Tasks

• Partner with Country Director to receive, check and translate shop and corner applications from Licensee /Sub Licensees
• Coordinate with Shop Design Department
• Track and manage license business
• Mange License applicants process
• Work closely with UK Team
• Handle all general administrative functions
• Coordinate and Manage Travel plans for Japan and Global teams

Requirements

• 3 years general administrative / PA experience
• Ideal: Some experience with book keeping
• Confident with Microsoft Office
• Language: Japanese (Fluent) English (Business)
• Visa - ability to work in Japan without sponsorship
