主な業務内容

- オークションに出品するジュエリーの評価とキュレーション
- 出品タイトル、説明文、画像の確認と改善
- ジュエリーアイテムの正確な評価額の提供
- 新規セラーの発掘、オンボーディング、サポート
- マーケティングチームと連携し、高品質な入札者を惹きつける
- 取引プロセス全体の透明性と公正性の確保
- 必要に応じてユーザー間のトラブルを仲介

Qualifications

- Diploma in Gemology (FEEG or GIA required)
- 5+ years of experience in the jewelry industry
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Extensive experience in appraising pre-owned and brand jewelry
- Industry knowledge and network of potential sellers
- Experience with online auctions is a plus
- Deep understanding of current market prices in the jewelry market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- 宝石学のディプロマ（FEEGまたはGIA必須）
- 5年以上のジュエリー業界での経験
- 日本語と英語の流暢さ
- 中古およびブランドジュエリーの評価における豊富な経験
- 業界知識と潜在的セラーのネットワーク
- オンラインオークションの経験があれば尚可
- ジュエリー市場における現行価格の深い理解
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル
