主な業務内容

- 会社および法的基準を満たすためのトレーニングプログラムのレビューと改善。
- トレーニング資料（マニュアルやオンラインリソース）の詳細な記録管理。
- チームの品質基準遵守を評価し、改善を図る。
- トレーニング手法の改善に向けた専門家との連携。
- トレーニングデータの分析によりトレンドを見極め、改善提案。
- 品質保証プロセスの作成および実施。
- スタッフの成長と開発をサポートするため、チームリーダーと協力。
- 将来のトレーニングニーズを理解し計画するため、他部門と連携。

必要な資格

- 日本語および英語の読み書きおよび会話に堪能であること。
- 細部に注意を払う能力および問題解決能力。
- 優れた組織力および時間管理能力。
- 有効な運転免許証を持ち、主に日本国内で8年以上の運転経験があり、無事故無違反であること。
- 副業の開示および会社方針に従った健康診断やランダムな薬物・アルコール検査を受け入れること。
- 品質保証または評価者としての経験または資格。
- ADAS技術に関する知識。
- 関連する資格を持つプロフェッショナルな運転経験。
