Responsibilities:

• Develop revenue strategies for multiple hotels.
• Review performance; development improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, reservations, and front office teams to manage room allocations and booking guidelines.
• Evaluate group proposals and negotiate rates.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Train colleagues in revenue management / best practise.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare revenue reports and updates.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years relevant experience in revenue management.
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
• Ability to work in international / globalized environment.
