業務内容:

- 財務データの詳細な分析および報告書の作成
- 企業およびホテルオーナー向けの財務報告書の作成
- 財務チームの管理および育成
- 潜在的な財務問題の特定と防止
- 日本の財務法規および実務への準拠
- SAPを活用した財務管理業務

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze complex financial data for reports and forecasts
- Develop financial presentations for company and hotel owners
- Manage and develop finance team staff
- Identify and prevent potential financial problems
- Ensure compliance with Japanese finance laws and practices
- Utilize SAP for financial management tasks

応募資格:

- 日本語が母国語であり、英語が流暢であること（必須）
- ホスピタリティ分野での財務経験（必須）
- アシスタントファイナンスディレクターまたは類似の役職での実績
- 日本の財務法規および実務に関する深い知識
- SAPなどの財務管理ソフトウェアに精通していること
- 財務管理における5年以上の経験
- 財務分析および予測の経験
- 優れたコミュニケーションおよび交渉スキル

Qualifications:

- Native Japanese speaker and fluent in English (mandatory)
- Experience in hospitality finance (mandatory)
- Proven experience as Assistant Finance Director or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Japanese finance laws and practices
- Proficient in financial management software like SAP
- 5+ years of experience in finance management
- Experience with financial analysis and forecasting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
