This is a highly strategic role sitting at the intersection of AI engineering, scalable backend architecture, and customer-facing solution design. You will translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions while driving architecture decisions from concept to production.
What We’re Looking For
- Backend development experience (Python preferred)
- Strong experience in real-time communication or streaming systems
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems design
- Solid understanding of database design
- Experience leading technical architecture discussions and solution delivery
- Business-level Japanese & English
