A leading company in the hospitality industry is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager skilled in local taxation and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and knowledgeable about Japan's financial regulations. Experience in the hotel industry is a plus but not required.


主な業務内容：

• 地方税法に基づく会計業務の管理とコンプライアンスの確保
• 日本基準に沿った正確な財務報告書の作成とレビュー
• 社内チームと連携し、財務プロセスと報告を改善
• 経営判断を支える財務インサイトの提供
• 必要に応じて外部監査人や規制当局との連携

応募資格：

• 地方税務と報告に重点を置いた会計管理の経験
• 日本の財務規制に関する知識
• 優れた分析力と細部への注意力
• 日本語と英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力
• ホテル業界での経験があれば尚可
