Our client in the IT sector is in search of an Accounting & Finance Manager. This role is key for the company's IPO preparations and ongoing operations.

This is a senior role, which will report to the CFO and manage a team of accounting staff.

職務内容

• 月次、四半期、年次の財務締めを実施
• 国際子会社を含む連結財務諸表の作成
• J-SOX法に基づく業務遂行
• 年間予算の作成と予実差分析
• 新規上場に向けた各種文書の管理など
• 会計・財務スタッフの監督
• 外部監査人との連絡、税務申告及び税理士との協力

応募資格

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 税務申告に関する知識
• 連結財務諸表の経験があれば尚可
• 新規上場経験があれば尚可
• マネジメント経験があれば尚可
