Our client, a luxury hospitality company in Osaka, Japan, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to manage key financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, and engage in budgeting and forecasting.

主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

- 買掛金および売掛金の管理

- 財務諸表および管理レポートの作成

- 銀行口座およびベンダー口座の照合

- 内部・外部監査の支援

- 財務データの分析と異常や傾向の確認

- J-GAAPおよび日本の財務規制への準拠

- 契約関連の財務取引の処理

- Manage accounts payable and receivable

- Prepare financial statements and management reports

- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts

- Assist with internal and external audits

- Analyze financial data for discrepancies or trends

- Ensure compliance with J-GAAP and Japanese financial regulations

- Handle contract-related financial transactions

応募資格 / Qualifications:

- 会計、ファイナンス、または関連分野の学士号

- ホスピタリティ業界での1〜3年の会計経験

- Microsoft Excelおよび会計ソフトウェア（例：Oracle、Opera）の熟練

- 日本での就労資格を有する方

- ビジネスレベルの英語力

- J-GAAPおよび契約処理の経験

- 日本の財務規制およびコンプライアンスに精通している方

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 1–3 years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Oracle, Opera)

- Must be a Japanese citizen

- Business level proficiency in English

- Experience with J-GAAP and contract handling

- Familiarity with Japanese financial regulations and compliance
