We are looking for an Account Team Manager for a well-known travel agency in Tokyo.

The role involves managing key client accounts, focusing on luxury travel for Western markets. This position is based in central Tokyo and offers a balanced work-life schedule with no weekend or shift work. 主な業務内容

クライアントアカウントの管理とチームをリードし、卓越した成果を達成する。
国際的なクライアントの主要な連絡窓口として、円滑なコミュニケーションを確保する。
各ツアーの損益を管理する。
サービスと収益性を向上させるために、クライアントやサプライヤーと交渉する。

応募条件

法人環境でのチーム管理経験。
英語での強力な交渉およびコミュニケーションスキル。
損益管理に関する知識。
日本語および英語以外の言語スキルはプラス。
ダイナミックなスタートアップのような環境での貴重なリーダーシップ経験。
20カ国以上のメンバーからなる多様なチームを管理する能力。
