Specialized Group is currently searching for a Senior Beauty and Cosmetics Buyer to join a growing beauty products team. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leadership role. This position will suit an experienced buyer with first class sales and marketing skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Products selection based on the annual value plan
• Product development 
• Pricing strategy/negotiation
• Development of new vendors based on mid- and long-term plans
• Fashion accessories, shoes, bags, and lingerie 
• Supporting annual sales and sales promotion plans

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• A background in merchandising for fashion or cosmetics
• Retail background Sales planning, as well as E-commerce experience
• Team player spirit Customer focused mindset
• Fluent-level Japanese language skills
• Any English language skills are a plus
