You will be responsible for product data workflow between Japan and overseas. You will also be monitoring exception reports across different systems. Direct experience with a global company structure is an advantage.

You should have first class communication skills for this position. You will need native level Japanese with business level English.

Required Skills

• Native level Japanese.
• Business level English.
• 2 years’ experience working with product data maintenance, or other business areas utilizing product data.
• Basic knowledge product data including EQ, FI, F&O.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical skills with the ability to review and improve data quality.
• Comfortable working with virtual teams in multiple locations.
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work quickly, and with an awareness of risk management.
• Knowledge of clients (e.g. Bloomberg, Reuters) is preferred.
