The role is: You will be consulting and providing technical leadership to our customers. You will provide expertise in analysis, architecture design, construction/testing and the rollout of our products. You should have in-depth knowledge of virtualization, networking, and cloud.

You will need first class communication skills for this position. Business level English and native-level Japanese.

Required Skills

• Native level Japanese.
• Business level English.
• 4 years’ experience in a client-facing consultant role.
• Experience in a software company, or professional service department at Hardware/Software vendor.
• Experience in infrastructure architecture (including networking) and design system environments is required Demonstrated ability to lead customer-facing teams.
• Understand QCD.
• Technical problem-solving abilities with the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Understand the following technical areas:

• Layer 4-7 load balancing and other typical ADC related technologies.
• Network Security Products including SSL VPN, FW, IDS, IDP, WAF etc.
• Authentication protocol like LDAP/SAML.
• WAN Optimization.
• SDN, Cloud (IaaS) technology and Hypervisor technical knowledge.
• Troubleshooting experience with Wireshark is Essential.
• Virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere ESXi, Hyper-V, XenServer.
• Design and implementation experience in the customer-facing projects is essential.
• Windows Server Technologies, Active Directory, Printing, Profile management.
• Strong knowledge in any of the following areas: IaaS Cloud service, Computer server architecture, Networking, Storage.
