We need an experienced Java Developer to join our Equity team. This is a key position for someone who excels at technical development for finance systems.

You will be implementing and maintaining our architectural solutions. You will enhance our exchange connectivity and core application framework. You will also be providing support and developing new solutions for our software innovations.

You will be consulting with different teams and departments, so good communication is essential. You will need business level English for this role.

Required Skills

• No Japanese language skills required
• Fluent level English
• Some knowledge of Asian Equities markets specifics
• Knowledge of Equity Trading systems, DMA and FO STP technology preferred
• Proficient in FIX protocol
• Very strong Java and C knowledge and intensive practice using Linux
• Experience with extremely low latency and highly optimized development using server-side processing and network communication
• Knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP stack, Kernel bypass technologies
• Familiarity with large-scale development & integration projects
• Understanding of Linux/Unix power tools, regression testing automation, pcap, and networking
• Results-oriented and detail-driven
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conceptualize
• Work well under pressure and deal with tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
