We need an expert in Enterprise System Management to join our growing team. This role will suit someone with a background in development operations. 

You will be deploying and administrating a high-throughput, low-latency monitoring platform. You will also support the troubleshooting of our infrastructure and project related incidents. We welcome your professional knowledge of DevOps, scripting, and Linux. Knowing your way around basic networking will help.

Solid communication skills are required for this role. You will need to be fluent in English.

Required Skills

• No Japanese language skills required
• Fluent level English
• Experience supporting, diagnosing, and solving problems in a Unix/Linux environment
• Working knowledge of Python and/or Perl
• Problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong communication skills required to manage customers and external teams
• Happy to work in a team as well as independently
• TCP/IP networking experience an advantage
• Git or other version control an advantage
• Splunk an advantage.
