【Stand-alone, Sr HR Manager opportunity】

A global fast growing biotechnology company is hiring "Sr HR Manager" as a new headcount. This is their brand-new HR position in Japan office, and you will report to Regional HR Head, APAC.

As a stand-alone HR, you will be responsible for hands-on recruitment, talent review, annual salary review Stand-alone, Sr ations matters.
Very exciting opportunity - the business has been established well globally and they started entering Japan recently given its potential of the market.

Key requirements:

• Over 7 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Manager
• Experienced in start-up or small sized company as a stand-alone HR
• Above fluent in Japanese and above business level in English

Location : Tokyo, flexible remote work policy
