Specialized Group is paired with a Market Leading Life Sciences firm, to hire a new HRBP Manager.
Within APAC, Japan is this firms largest market.
This role will manage a team of 2 other HRBPs and support various heads of business and department heads as a strategic business partner- it's a new position created due to business growth.
This HRBP Manager will be involved with M&A and PMI as the firm exapands in Japan.
There are no HR Operations, C&B or Payroll related responsibillites in this positon.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HRBP team
- Mentoring and support of Management team and local Stakeholders
- Support HR PMI as the firm expands in Japan
- Partner closely with executives as a HR Advisor
- Review of current HR policies
- Engagement of both staff and management
Requirements:
- Business level English and Strong fluent Japanese
- 10+ years HRBP experience
- Management experience
- Experience with HR PMI or M&A highly desirable, but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible and strong EQ
