• 改革プロジェクトの提案(プレゼンテーション), プロジェクトデリバリー
• 調査、データ分析、またはトレンドの知識
• 英語と日本語スキル（ビジネスレベル）
• 事業開発
• グローバルクライアントとのコミュニケーション

Responsibilities:

• Workplace strategies creation and delivery
• Workspace optimization project implementation and management
• Business development
• Smooth communication between different teams

We are looking for people from the following backgrounds:

• Change management experience
• Interior design or creative jobs
• Consulting

Required experience and skills:

• Data analysis and trend tracking
• Project delivery & presentation skills
• Ideally change management experience
• Business-level Japanese and English
• Business development & Marketing
• Experienced in communicating with overseas clients
