Recruiter - Real Estate Investment

Specialized Group is working with a boutique Real Estate firm looking to hire Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead all end-to-end recruitment activities.

Following a strong sales performance over the last few years this firm has decided to hire Talent Acquisition Specialist to build talent network and aid in the company's growth. The office is highly diverse with 40% of the office being non-Japanese.

The position will manage 10-15 hires per year, and has strong working flexibility and work-life balance with remote working options.

Compensation:

8M JPY + Incentive

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all mid-career and new graduate hiring
• Build talent network and network with individuals within similar industries
• Develop and improve the recruitment process
• Work closely with the CEO and COO on developing employer branding and hiring plans
• Maintain HR system and support the review of HR policies and initiatives
  
  

Requirements:

• Intermediate or business level English and Strong fluent Japanese
• 3+ years in a Recruitment position (can be inhouse or agency)
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and motivated
• People-focused and energetic personality
