In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the M&A process, including strategy planning, buyer or acquirer sourcing support, condition negotiation and due diligence execution.

-If you have experience in working for a megabank, investment bank, security company, M&A boutique, business company.

-3+ years experience in M&A related work.

-Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own clients.

-Business level Japanese and English skills
