A Major Luxury Watch company is looking for a new HRBP to help lead business strategy and HR Operations in Japan, consult all levels of management on Employee Relations, Performance Management, staffing, compensation, development, organizational and change management issues.
Do you have this experience/skills?:
- Business parterning
- HR Operations management
- Data management
- Employee relations
- 5 years HR experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, procedures and state/ Japan Labor Law
- Fluency in Japanese/ English, writing and speaking
