HRBP, 22M - Industrial Tech

A Leading Industrial Firm is looking for a Strong HR Business partner to support Japan.

Our client is experiencing rapid growth and within the last 2 years the sales result has been over 300%, the company is looking to expand in Japan - the Senior HRBP will be a key contributor in this growth.

This client has a unique product and a strong business pipeline.

Compensation:

Up to 20M base salary + 20% bonus + RSU


Responsibilities:

• HR Business partnering with executive team
• Mentoring and support of Regional and local Stakeholders
• Organizational Development,Change Management and Diagnosis
• Succession planning, HR Planning and review of current policies
• Talent management / performance management
• HR Planning and review of current HR policies
• Engagement of both staff and management

Requirements:

• Business level English and Strong fluent Japanese
• Applicant within Japan
• 10+ years HR experience, including HR BP experience
• Extensive experience with stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills
• Proven track record of HR change
• Flexible and strong EQ
