[Job Summary/Mission]


The position of Team Manager of the HR Service Team reports to the head
of the HR Operations Group and is responsible for the end-to-end quality
of the lifecycle, payroll, attendance, benefits and social insurance of
approximately 50,000 employees.


Main Responsibilities
・Management of HR operations for accurate payroll
・Maintaining the quality of HR operations processes
・Standardization, improvement and optimization of HR operations process
・Management of payroll vendors and social insurance vendors
・Management of business transfer projects to outsourcing contractors
・Develop team strategy and goals
・Training of team members and strengthening engagement
・Handling escalations from team members
・Work with the HR system team to lead the elimination of gaps between
systems and processes

Qualification requirements
[Required experience]
・Experience in personnel operations such as salary, attendance, social
insurance, and welfare at a business company
・Experience in business process design and improvement
-Experience leading a team of 10 or more
・Understanding of HR/Payroll interface
・Experience in HR operations supporting over 1000 employees


[Required knowledge and skills]
・General knowledge about work such as salary, attendance, social
insurance, and welfare
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
・Basic project management skills
*It is a plus if you have the following experience, knowledge, and skills.
・Experience in HR operations supporting over 3,000 employees
・Experience with SAP Success Factor, PeopleSoft, Workday, or other HR
management and payroll systems
・Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma
・Those who have a social insurance labor consultant qualification

Working hours
Flexitime system (Standard working hours: 7 hours 30 minutes)
Public holidays 10 days per month (9 days in February only, 119 days per
