HR Manager - APAC facing

Specialized Group is paired with an investment firm looking to fill a crucial HR Manager position.

This role will lead HR in Japan, and work heavily with the APAC office using both Japanese and English daily. This person will work with MD directly, manage the HR team and work on strategic HR Initiatives

There are no HR Operations, C&B or Payroll related responsibillites in this positon.

Responsibilities:

• HR Business partnering
• Mentoring and support of Management team and local Stakeholders
• Succession planning
• Recruitment & headcount planning
• Talent management / performance management
• Review of current HR policies
• Engagement of both staff and management

Requirements:

• Business level English and Strong fluent Japanese
• 8+ years HR experience, including HR BP experience
• Experience with working with APAC or overseas office
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible and strong EQ
