【Head of HR at a Japanese Healthcare Company】

A large sized Japanese healthcare company is hiring "Head of HR" and this position will be employed by their new subsidiary. You will be responsible for leading the HR department in this new subsidiary with approximately 20 HRs including HRBPs, Managers, staffs and RPOs.

This new subsidiary is developing and delivering one of their main products and looking to expand their business more to make Japan's society healthier and well-being.

Key requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in HR generalist, with 5 years+ HRBP
• People Management experience (over 5 people)
• Above near native in Japanese and above business level in English (Reporting to Japan's CEO)
  

Location : Tokyo, flexible remote work policy
