Background:

• A background in financial services with 4-8 years of credit experience in banking, credit risk management, or a related field is required for this role.
• Candidates should have a deep understanding of wholesale credit processes and organizational structures, including knowledge of risk functions and covered portfolios.
• Strong abilities in executing changes in policies and procedures and a CO designation or equivalent skills are preferred.
• Highly attentive to the control environment and quality assurance/control procedures.
• English & Japanese Fluency
