【CHRO at a Japanese Fund-raising Start-up Company】
A fast growing Japanese fund-raising company is hiring "Head of HR" or "CHRO" as a new headcount. This position will report to their Founder and CEO. You will be responsible for leading the entire HR department.
The business is doing very well in a niche market and holding the largest number of customers and clients in Japan market. Their business is also contributing to the development of Japan's economy and you will be a core members of its fast growing stage.
Key requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in HR Director, with 5 years+ HRBP in Japan market
- Experienced in working closely with board members and CEO
- Above near native level in Japanese
