Responsibilities

  • General support and management of event sales team operations
  • Promotion and
    sales of hotel products such as guest rooms, restaurants, and banquet services
  • Coordinating events with related departments
  • Building long-term relationships with customers and making proposals that meet their needs
  • Developing your team members
  • Formulating marketing plans

●電話、対面ミーティング等を通し、お客様のニーズを把握し、ご満足のいくサービスを提供
●関連部署とイベント調整
●お客様と長期的な関係を築き、ご要望に沿ったご提案
●チームメンバーの育成
●マーケティングプランの策定

Experience Needed

  • 5 years sales experience
  • Native Level Japanese / Business English (English used for phone & email)
  • Experience in the hotel or travel industry welcome!
