Our client, a renowned international luxury skincare brand, is seeking a Wholesale Sales Manager for their Hotel Spa & Salon Division in Japan. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop partnerships with hotel spa and salon chains
Drive performance of existing hotel spa and salon partners
Lead negotiations and onboarding of new partners
Develop tailored plans to increase treatment revenue and product sales
Collaborate with partners to enhance guest experience and treatment quality
Ensure brand positioning as a leading luxury skincare brand
Support product launches and brand activations
Qualifications:
8–10+ years in luxury beauty, spa, or hospitality roles
Strong experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or key account management
Fluent Japanese speaker with working permit in Japan
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience with luxury skincare or perfume brands is preferred but not mandatory
