Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop partnerships with hotel spa and salon chains
- Drive performance of existing hotel spa and salon partners
- Lead negotiations and onboarding of new partners
- Develop tailored plans to increase treatment revenue and product sales
- Collaborate with partners to enhance guest experience and treatment quality
- Ensure brand positioning as a leading luxury skincare brand
- Support product launches and brand activations
Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years in luxury beauty, spa, or hospitality roles
- Strong experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or key account management
- Fluent Japanese speaker with working permit in Japan
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with luxury skincare or perfume brands is preferred but not mandatory
