Our client, a global financial services group, is seeking a VP for Real Estate/Capital Raising and Investor Relations to join their Client Solutions Group in Japan. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to drive growth in their flagship real estate fund series and engage with institutional clients in one of Asia's most sophisticated markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead capital raising for Japanese institutional investors
- Manage relationships with Japanese real estate investors
- Shape and execute Japan distribution strategy
- Support investor discussions and prepare client materials
- Collaborate with global teams on investment strategies

Qualifications:
- 8+ years in institutional capital raising, investor relations, or distribution
- Native or business-level Japanese proficiency, strong English skills
- Established relationships with Japanese institutional investors
- Experience in real estate or real assets sector
- Experience with CRM tools for managing investor relationships
- Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis
- Knowledge of Japanese financial regulations
