Following significant funding and rapid global expansion, the company is looking for an experienced Vice President of Product to define product strategy, scale the product organization, and lead the next phase of growth. As a VP of Product, you will report directly to executive leadership and own the company's product vision, roadmap, and execution. You'll lead a high-performing team of Product Managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, AI/ML, Sales, and Customer Success to build products that solve complex, global enterprise challenges.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership of senior product teams.
- Experience leading product organizations at high-growth SaaS or AI technology companies.
- Strong track record of launching and scaling enterprise software products.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams building AI, machine learning, or data-intensive products.
- Business fluency in English and Japanese
