Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SPC-level accounting for Japan entities
- Manage end-to-end financial closing processes
- Coordinate with external SPC accounting firms
- Ensure alignment of SPC financials with investor reporting
- Oversee financial reporting across cross-functional teams
- Establish strong financial controls and processes
- Review budget vs actuals for ManCo and OpCo

Qualifications:
- 7-10 years SPC accounting/finance experience in Japan
- Deep understanding of Japanese tax regulations and accounting standards
- Native or near-native Japanese, and professional business English
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Professional certifications such as CPA (Japan/US) or CFA (preferred)
- Experience with financial reporting and audit coordination
- Experience in asset management or institutional real estate
- Leadership skills for team development and mentoring
日本国内での7-10年のSPC会計/財務経験
日本の税制および会計基準に関する深い理解
日本語のネイティブもしくはそれに準ずるレベル、ビジネス英語力
財務または会計の学士号
CPA（日本/米国）またはCFAなどの専門資格（優遇）
財務報告および監査調整の経験
資産運用または機関投資家向け不動産での経験
チームの発展と指導におけるリーダーシップスキル
