As a Product Designer, you will help shape the next generation of AI-native products for the global market. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, you'll design intuitive user experiences, conduct user research, leverage Generative AI throughout the design process, and play a key role in building products that deliver real business value.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience for web applications or SaaS products
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers
- Hands-on experience with UX research and prototyping
- Experience using Generative AI in design workflows
- UI design experience using design systems
- Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 level)
- Business English communication skills
- Build AI-native products used by customers around the world
- Work with a mature design organization of 30+ designers and a dedicated DesignOps team
- Collaborate in a highly cross-functional product development environment
- Access the latest AI design and development tools, including Claude, Codex, Cursor, and Figma AI
