Our client, a company in the chemical industry, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to fill a vacancy. This role offers the opportunity to engage in product evaluation tests, result analysis, and technical explanations to clients, providing a platform for career growth in technical support. The position offers a competitive salary range of 5.5-7.5 million yen, with flexible work arrangements including remote work options once a week.


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct product evaluation tests and analyze results
- Create technical reports on test results
- Explain technical information to clients
- Support product specification discussions based on client requirements
- Accompany sales team on client visits for product selection


Qualifications:


- Degree in engineering or chemistry
- Business-level English proficiency
- Experience with chemical product testing and analysis
- Familiarity with technical report writing
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively
