Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead R&D projects in automotive technology

Qualifications:
  • Master's or PhD in Optics, Physics, Electronics, or Materials Engineering
  • 8+ years R&D experience in automotive or precision manufacturing
  • Proficiency in English for technical discussions and negotiations
  • Proficiency in Japanese for domestic OEM interactions
  • Experience in technology management and development strategy
  • Experience with automotive R&D tools and methodologies
  • Strong negotiation skills in a global context
