I’m supporting a 400+ person technology group in Japan that is rebuilding financial infrastructure for the AI era.
The group operates across FinTech, securities, insurance, credit, Data & AI, and embedded finance, developing both financial infrastructure and consumer-facing products together with major enterprises.

Their platforms already power areas such as:
  • Digital wealth management and investment services
  • Securities infrastructure
  • Digital insurance platforms
  • Credit and embedded finance
  • Data and AI products
  • AI-powered financial advisory services
The company is now moving all major businesses toward an AI-native architecture.
As Tech Lead, you’ll have real influence over how these platforms evolve.

You’ll work on:
  • Architecture and technical strategy for financial infrastructure
  • New platform and product development from the ground up
  • Technical evaluation and technology selection
  • Performance, scalability, security, and reliability
  • Cloud and infrastructure architecture
  • Technical leadership, design reviews, and mentoring
  • Introducing GenAI into production financial services
