• - Lead financial closing processes ensuring compliance with J-GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS
• - Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning for Japan entities
• - Develop financial models and business cases for investment evaluation
• - Act as finance business partner providing insights to commercial teams
• - Lead and develop the finance team fostering continuous improvement
• - Oversee banking relationships and financing arrangements
• - Monitor and manage foreign exchange and interest rate risks

• - 日本法人のキャッシュフロー予測と流動性計画の管理
• - 投資評価のための財務モデルとビジネスケースの作成
• - 商業チームへの洞察提供を行うファイナンスビジネスパートナーとしての役割
• - ファイナンスチームをリードし、継続的な改善を促進
• - 銀行との関係管理と資金調達の取り決めを監督
• - 外国為替リスクと金利リスクの監視・管理

• - Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications
• - CPA or equivalent certification
• - 7+ years of relevant accounting experience
• - Proficiency in English and Japanese, both spoken and written
• - Familiar with Japan accounting policies, tax requirements, and internal control procedures
• - Experience in US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance is preferred but not mandatory
• - Experienced in SAP S/4HANA is preferred but not mandatory
• - Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
• - Experience in managing treasury and cash management operations
• - Ability to lead and develop finance teams
• - Willingness to travel occasionally

• - ファイナンス、会計または同等の専門資格の学位
• - CPAまたは同等の資格
• - 7年以上の関連する会計経験
• - 英語と日本語の読み書き・会話能力
• - 日本の会計基準、税務要件、内部統制手続きに精通
• - US GAAPおよびサーベンス・オクスリー法の遵守経験（尚可）
• - SAP S/4HANAの経験（尚可）
• - 財務モデリングとシナリオ分析の経験
• - 資金管理とキャッシュマネジメント業務の経験
• - ファイナンスチームをリードし、育成する能力
• - 時折の出張に対応可能
