A fast-growing global FinTech company building modern brokerage infrastructure for stocks, ETFs, options, crypto, and other financial products. The company supports millions of brokerage accounts and works with financial institutions across 40+ countries.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will design and build highly scalable, mission-critical financial systems for the Japanese market. You will work closely with global engineering teams while also acting as a bridge between the Japan business and technical teams overseas. The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence architecture, technical direction, and the company's expansion in Japan.


Requirements: 

  • Business fluency in Japanese and English
  • Strong experience designing and developing complex financial systems
  • Experience with a statically typed language such as Go, Rust, Java, Kotlin, C#, Scala, or C++
  • Strong understanding of financial APIs, market data, and trade settlement
