As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a key role in driving technical strategy, system architecture, and large-scale product development across multiple teams. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, improve engineering processes, mentor engineers, and help shape the future of the organization’s technical direction. The role involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, and global engineering teams to deliver scalable B2B and B2C products in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of web application development experience
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong system architecture and technical strategy experience
- Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS or consumer applications
- Fluent English communication skills
