Our client is one of Japan's leading fintech companies, building innovative financial products that help individuals and businesses better manage their finances. Its fintech division develops digital banking solutions for financial institutions, with a strong focus on empowering small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs).
Its corporate banking platform enables businesses to manage accounts, automate cash flow, streamline payments, and access financing through a secure, cloud-native platform.

In this leadership role, you'll oversee engineering execution, organizational growth, and operational excellence while partnering closely with Product, Sales, and executive leadership. You'll be responsible for building high-performing teams, driving predictable software delivery, and ensuring engineering initiatives align with business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering leader who enjoys scaling organizations, mentoring managers, and delivering enterprise SaaS products in a fast-growing fintech environment.


Requirements:
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4–6+ years in engineering management
  • Experience leading organizations of approximately 25–30 engineers across multiple teams
  • Strong background delivering Enterprise SaaS platforms or large-scale web applications
  • Experience with Agile development, engineering operations, and software delivery
  • Business fluency in Japanese and English
