• Design and build scalable E2E and integration test automation
• Introduce and improve visual regression testing for complex UI workflows
• Embed quality earlier in the development lifecycle through shift-left practices
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve execution speed
• Improve testability through spec reviews and technical collaboration with developers, designers, and PdMs
• Help build a culture where quality is owned by the whole team

• Years of web application development experience, ideally with TypeScript, React, or Next.js
• Strong hands-on experience with E2E automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• Ability to design maintainable test code, not just write scripts
• Experience improving CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions or CircleCI
• Strong communication skills across product, design, and engineering stakeholders
• Business-level Japanese
