• - Lead Vehicle Safety Operators during shifts
• - Oversee daily fleet operations for safety and efficiency
• - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• - Monitor and report on shift performance metrics
• - Coordinate training with Quality Assurance team
• - Manage work schedules and task assignments
• - Address operational issues and implement solutions
• - Serve as primary contact for on-road incidents

• - Full clean Japan driving licence (
• - 2+ years' driving experience in Japan
• - Proven experience as a team coordinator or similar role
• - Strong leadership and communication skills
• - Available to work full-time on-site in Haneda, Tokyo
• - Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite
• - Experience with fleet management or automotive operations is preferred but not mandatory
• - Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards is preferred but not mandatory
• - Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English is preferred but not mandatory

• - 日本での無事故運転免許証保有
• - 日本国内での2年以上の運転経験
• - チームコーディネーターや類似の役割での実績
• - 強力なリーダーシップとコミュニケーション能力
• - 東京・羽田での常勤勤務が可能
• - Google WorkspaceまたはMicrosoft Officeスイートの習熟
• - フリート管理や自動車運営の経験があれば尚可
• - 安全プロトコルおよびコンプライアンス基準の知識があれば尚可
• - 日本語および英語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可
