Our client is a market leading B2B SaaS company that builds cloud platforms to digitize and centralize business data, helping organizations improve sales, operations, and decision-making. One of its products is a contract management platform that converts contracts (paper, PDF, electronic) into structured data and stores them in a centralized, searchable database. It uses AI to analyze contract terms, track relationships between agreements, and surface key insights—helping teams manage risk, monitor deadlines, and make faster, data-driven decisions.

As a Technical Lead, you’ll drive architecture, technical strategy, and product development across high-impact web applications. You’ll work in a fast-scaling environment tackling challenges like designing scalable, distributed systems, solving complex data problems, and leading cross-team technical initiatives. 


Requirements: 
  • 7+ years building and scaling web applications
  • Strong backend experience (Java / Kotlin / Go / TypeScript / C#)
  • Experience with system architecture & scalable design
  • Fluency in English and Japanese (ideally JLPT N2)
