• Oversee recruitment strategy from planning to execution
• Coordinate recruitment requirements with departments
• Form candidate pool using direct recruiting and social media
• Manage selection process and candidate support
• Propose and implement recruitment process improvements
• Negotiate and manage relationships with recruitment agents
• Conduct recruitment public relations activities

• - 5+ years in human resources
• - 3+ years as a recruiter with mid-career recruitment experience
• - Experience with SNS and direct recruiting methods
• - Native Japanese and business-level English proficiency
• - Experience using ATS (recruitment management system) is preferred but not mandatory

• ダイレクトリクルーティングおよびSNSを活用した候補者プールの形成
• 選考プロセスの管理と候補者サポート
• 採用プロセスの改善提案と実施
• 採用エージェントとの交渉および関係管理
• 採用広報活動の実施

• 人事経験5年以上
• リクルーターとしての中途採用経験3年以上
• SNSやダイレクトリクルーティングの経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語の能力
• 採用管理システム(ATS)の使用経験があれば尚可
