This company is a DX consulting and technology firm specializing in the financial industry, helping major banks, securities companies, asset managers, and other financial institutions use AI and data to transform their businesses.The AI & Data team works on generative AI, LLMs, data science, AI governance, and business transformation, while also developing its own AI products and technology packages. You’ll have the opportunity to work on real-world AI projects with major financial institutions and contribute to cutting-edge in-house technology development.

As a Senior LLM Scientist, you will lead the technical development of generative AI projects for major financial institutions. You’ll work on LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, LLM APIs, fine-tuning, and LLMOps, while also managing project delivery and guiding other data scientists.This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll be responsible for taking projects from requirements and design through implementation and production, while working closely with AI consultants, data engineers, and clients.


Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in machine learning
  • Around 3+ years of practical experience in AI/data utilization
  • At least 1 year of experience with LLM project planning/design, fine-tuning/training, or LLMOps
  • Experience developing applications using LLMs and cloud-based LLM APIs
  • Business-level Japanese or higher
