What you will work on:
• Lead LLM and GenAI projects as a technical project lead
• Design prompts, parameters, API integration policies, and application architecture

• Work with AI consultants, data engineers, and client stakeholders from requirement definition to implementation
• Review technical output and manage delivery quality across the project team
• Turn project knowledge into reusable technical packages or product features
Project examples:
• Local LLM implementation for banking operations
• AI guardrail validation for financial use cases
• GenAI-driven automation for financial back-office operations
• Legacy system modernization using GenAI
• RAG and AI agent implementation for regulated financial environments
Ideal background:
• Experience in AI, data science, or machine learning projects
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications, fine-tuning, model training, RAG, or LLMOps
• Experience using LLM APIs from cloud providers or major model vendors
• Experience leading small technical teams or managing project delivery
• Strong interest in solving business problems through data and AI
• Business-level Japanese
