Senior Legal Manager シニアリーガルマネージャー - Financial Services


Our client, a global leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Legal Manager to join their expanding legal team. This new role offers the opportunity to provide strategic legal advice and solutions, fostering relationships across various departments while aligning with global operations. Key Responsibilities:


- Provide legal advice on insurance transactions
- Review and draft contracts and legal documents
- Manage external law firms
- Identify and resolve potential legal issues
- Ensure compliance with Japanese and global regulations
- Advise internal departments on legal matters


Qualifications:


- Legal qualification (bengoshi or U.S./U.K./AUS/NZ Qual)
- 5+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Fluent Japanese proficiency
- Business-level English proficiency
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Experience in financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience managing external law firms is preferred but not mandatory

応募資格


- 弁護士資格（日本または米国/英国/豪州/ニュージーランドの資格）
- 5年以上のポストクオリフィケーションエクスペリエンス（PQE）
- 流暢な日本語能力
- ビジネスレベルの英語能力
- 関連法規の知識
- 金融サービス業界での経験があれば尚可
- 外部法律事務所の管理経験があれば尚可
